We are seeking a senior real estate finance lawyer to join a market-leading team within a fully integrated global banking practice. The group advises banks, funds, asset managers, corporates and governments on complex, cross-border financing transactions, with particular depth in real estate finance alongside corporate lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, funds finance, trade and commodity finance, and restructuring.

The role offers early responsibility on high-profile, innovative cross-border deals for top-tier clients across key sectors. You will work in a collaborative, partner-led environment with genuine scope to develop business acumen, engage directly with clients, and contribute to marketing and business development from the outset.

The team supports flexible and hybrid working and is based across two UK offices. It values a progressive, collegiate culture that prioritises wellbeing alongside hard work and high standards.

6+ years' PQE with strong real estate finance experience gained at another leading international firm
Excellent academic credentials
Commercially minded with a client-focused approach and willingness to support marketing and business development
Experience applying legal technology to practice
