Join a global law firm’s innovation team in Century City to help attorneys integrate artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies into legal practice. This hands-on role combines solution design, pilot development, and end-user enablement to improve productivity, consistency, and client outcomes.

The position will support an “AI as a Service” program: building custom AI workflows and playbooks, delivering training and change management, providing technical support, and driving firm-wide adoption across practice groups and business teams. The role is hybrid and requires occasional cross-office coordination and flexibility for nonstandard hours when supporting global initiatives.

JD required; active U.S. bar admission or equivalent background in a legal environment.
Approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience as an attorney, legal researcher, or legal technologist in a law firm or legal department.
Demonstrable fluency with AI, GenAI/LLMs, automation tools, and advanced legal research technologies.
Experience designing or implementing technology solutions, delivering training, and driving user adoption; strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
