Tax Associate — Century City

Growing tax practice seeking associates from law school classes 2020–2023 to work on a broad commercial tax docket. The team advises on tax aspects of corporate transactions, capital markets work and fund/real estate matters.

Successful candidates will perform technical tax research and drafting and support tax structuring for M&A, IPOs/spin-offs, fund formation and REIT-related matters. The role involves client-facing work and opportunities to present at large national tax forums.

• Law school class years 2020–2023
• Strong academic record and excellent research & writing skills in tax
• Experience with strategic/private equity M&A, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation and/or real estate/REIT matters
• Outstanding oral communication, analytical ability and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with client interaction and public speaking; enthusiastic about in‑office collaboration
