Seeking a junior- to mid-level restructuring and insolvency associate to join a multi-office US practice. The role involves representation of secured and unsecured creditors, commercial lenders and financial institutions across receivership, judgment-enforcement and insolvency matters in state and federal court.

Ideal candidates will have experience or strong interest in complex bankruptcy litigation and related insolvency work; commercial litigators with relevant experience will be considered. The position offers a collaborative team environment, opportunities for substantive case work, and a clear path for career progression.

2–4 years post-qualification experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, creditors' rights or commercial litigation
Experience representing secured and/or unsecured creditors, commercial lenders, or financial institutions in receivership or judgment-enforcement matters
Familiarity with bankruptcy litigation and insolvency-related proceedings preferred
Strong litigation drafting and advocacy skills; ability to manage matters in state and federal court
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work across multiple US offices
