We are recruiting a Practice Innovation Lawyer to lead innovation and technology initiatives within an established Employment practice. The role combines employment law expertise with hands-on legal tech, process design and change-management to improve legal service delivery and client experience.

The post sits in a global Practice Innovation team and will work closely with Practice Group leadership to identify, design and deliver pilots, AI-enabled workflows, and process improvements. The role is client-facing and requires collaboration with lawyers, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive adoption and measure outcomes.

Location options are within the UK (pictured roles based in London or Belfast); the position reports into the head of innovation and is a specialist appointment within the Practice Innovation function.

Qualified lawyer with substantive Employment / Labour experience in private practice or in-house
Demonstrable interest or experience in legal innovation, legal technology, AI-enabled workflows or process improvement
Working knowledge of leading GenAI/AI tools and their application in legal contexts
Proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering pilots/proof-of-concepts
Strong stakeholder management, communication, change-management and design-thinking skills
