Short-term (6-month) consulting role for an experienced employment lawyer to join a client-side legal team via a dedicated flexible-resourcing platform. The post will provide day-to-day legal support to HR and business stakeholders on a wide range of employment matters.

Typical responsibilities include advising on recruitment and workforce change, discrimination and investigation matters, disputes and litigation/arbitration, employee contracts, severance and incentive arrangements, pensions and benefits, and designing/delivering training for managers and staff.

This is a consultancy placement offering flexible working, personalised resourcing support and the operational backing of a global law firm’s resourcing service.

Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales (or equivalent commonwealth qualification)
Proven employment-law experience from a leading law firm and/or in-house role
Strong litigation and dispute-management experience, including representation in employment proceedings
Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder-management skills
