Apply in confidence →Midlevel associate role within a national technology-focused practice group. The team advises companies on privacy and product counseling matters across US federal and state privacy laws, and handles program development, assessments, policy drafting, and vendor agreements.
Work will involve conducting privacy assessments and data mapping, performing DPIAs, drafting privacy policies and data processing agreements, and advising on higher-risk/privacy-adjacent issues such as AI, adtech, health data, biometric data, and children’s data. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and supports hybrid working arrangements.
- 4–8 years of privacy/data-protection experience at a law firm or legal department
- Experience advising on US federal and state privacy laws
- Practical skills in privacy program design, data mapping, DPIAs, and drafting/negotiating data processing agreements
- Familiarity with privacy issues involving AI, adtech, health/biometric data, or children’s data; strong academic credentials
