Technology Companies Associate — New York

Leading US technology practice is hiring a mid‑level to senior associate to join its Technology Companies group in New York. The role focuses on representing emerging and growth technology companies across corporate and transactional matters.

Day‑to‑day work includes supporting and leading substantial components of venture financings (early and late stage), mergers & acquisitions, and private and public offerings, working collaboratively across deal teams. The group emphasizes a collegial, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for cross‑practice collaboration.

• Mid‑level to senior associate with technology-company transactional experience (venture financings, M&A, and/or private/public offerings)
• Proven ability to contribute on teams and manage substantial components of transactions independently
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly; deal sheet required
