Candidates should be comfortable with technology-focused legal issues and client-facing work.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably with privacy, cybersecurity, consumer-protection, or class-action matters
- Experience or familiarity with privacy- and security-related statutes (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, COPPA, BIPA, FCRA) and defending consumer and data-privacy claims
- Exposure to regulatory investigations or enforcement (FTC, DOJ, state attorneys general, etc.) is a plus
- Strong written and oral advocacy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Admission in good standing to the California bar (per posting)
