Private Companies Associate, Corporate — Palo Alto

Top-tier corporate group in Palo Alto is seeking an associate with experience representing private and public companies, especially high-growth and emerging businesses. The role involves working on formations, financings, mergers & acquisitions and day-to-day corporate matters across the life cycle of technology and growth-stage clients.

• 4-6 years' corporate transactional experience
• Experience with high-growth companies on formations, financings, M&A and general corporate work
