Private Companies Associate — Corporate

National law firm is seeking 4th–6th year associates to join a high‑volume private companies team advising early‑stage and growth‑stage technology and venture‑backed companies and their investors.

Work will focus on venture financings, growth‑stage corporate transactions and liquidity events. The role offers client‑facing deal work plus opportunities to develop a market presence, participate in speaking engagements and contribute to the firm's private companies platform.

Successful candidates will have strong transactional experience from a national or international law firm and a proven academic record.

• 4–6 years' corporate transactional experience, with substantial work for early‑stage and growth‑stage companies
• Proven experience on venture capital financings and liquidity transactions
• Background at a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and client‑counseling skills
