Private Companies Associate — Emerging Growth & Startups (Associate)

A leading US-based private companies team is seeking a 4th–6th year associate to advise high-growth, venture-backed companies and their investors. The role focuses on counseling disruptive startups across their growth cycle, with significant exposure to venture financings and liquidity events.

Successful candidates will join a busy, collaborative practice with opportunities to run and grow a personal practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the firm s private companies platform. The team handles market-leading clients across the startup and venture ecosystem.

• 4 2 26ndash;6 years post-qualification experience (or equivalent) with substantial work for early-stage and growth-stage companies
• Demonstrated experience on venture capital financings, company governance and liquidity transactions
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, deal-management and client-counseling skills
