Private Companies Associate — Emerging Growth & Startups

National private companies team is seeking 3rd–6th year associates to advise early‑stage and growth‑stage technology and high‑growth companies and their investors. The role emphasizes venture capital financings, liquidity transactions and general corporate counseling across the company lifecycle.

Associates will join a growing national practice, handle substantive transactional work, and have opportunities to develop a client practice, participate in speaking engagements, and contribute to the firm's national private companies platform. • 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience, preferably with early‑stage and growth‑stage companies
• Demonstrated experience on venture capital financings and liquidity events
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
