Mid-level associate role on a national private equity and M&A team. The attorney will work on fund and portfolio-company transactions across a variety of buyouts and strategic deals, handling day-to-day transactional work within a collaborative, deal-oriented practice.

Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and ancillary transaction documents, and serving as an extension of client business teams on complex transactions. The team values strong drafting, analytical and project-management skills, commercial judgment and the ability to lead matters in a fast-paced environment.

  • 3–6 years of private equity and M&A transactional experience
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, and LLC/LP agreements
