This is a partner-level opening for an experienced private equity practitioner who can originate and steward client relationships.

Established partner with a proven private equity / M&A practice
Track record leading buyouts, investments and related corporate transactions
Ability to bring or develop a portable book of business
Strong deal management, negotiation and client development skills
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction; prior firm leadership or client-facing partner experience
