Private Equity Partner — Madrid (Finance)

Leading international law firm seeking a Partner to strengthen its private equity and finance practice in Madrid. The role will focus on transactional work across private equity deals and fund-related finance, leading matters and advising international and domestic investors.

They are open to experienced lateral partners and to counsel or senior associates with an established, portable practice who are ready for a partner track. The team offers a collaborative platform and international deal flow; the successful candidate will be expected to originate and lead significant transactions.

• Established track record in private equity and finance transactions, with partner-level experience or equivalent senior counsel/senior associate background.
• Proven ability to generate and manage client relationships; a portable book of business or clear origination pipeline preferred.
• Strong transactional skills (deal structuring, negotiations, documentation) across cross-border matters.
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English; comfortable working with international teams.
