6+ years of experience at a law firm or equivalent experience in private funds formation and operations
Experience with limited partnership and limited liability company formations, subscription and governance documents
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and ability to explain complex legal issues clearly
Admission to the relevant state bar or eligibility for bar reciprocity/waiver
