Product Liability Attorney — Berlin

Market-facing product liability team in Berlin is hiring an attorney to work on complex product-defect and recall matters for manufacturers and insurers. The role combines court litigation, regulatory interaction and cross-border case management.

Work will include defending product liability claims, advising on recall strategy and regulatory exposure, coordinating with technical experts, and managing multi-jurisdictional litigation. The team operates on an international platform and works closely with other practice groups.

• Qualified to practice in Germany (Rechtsanwalt or equivalent)
• Experience in product liability litigation and claims handling
• Strong courtroom and drafting skills; experience managing procedural steps and evidence
• Comfortable coordinating with technical experts and cross-border teams
• Fluent German and strong English skills
