Join a top-tier German arbitration team advising on high-value national and international commercial disputes. The role involves client advocacy in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations, advising on dispute-resolution strategy and drafting opinions on jurisdictional and procedural issues.

Work across the firm’s Berlin and Frankfurt arbitration groups on matters under a wide range of rules (ICC, LCIA, ICSID and other institutional and ad-hoc proceedings), act as local counsel on German-law issues, and support or lead complex enforcement, challenge and interim-relief proceedings.

Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials and excellent written and spoken English
Practical experience or demonstrable interest in international arbitration and commercial disputes
Familiarity with German procedural law and enforcement/challenge proceedings preferred
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are advantageous; team-player attitude and commercial awareness
