Product Liability Practice Attorney — Product Liability

A nationally recognized product liability team is seeking a senior-level practice attorney to join its U.S. litigation practice. The role supports defense work for major consumer and aviation manufacturers, including mass-torts and complex product-liability matters. The team is collaborative, large, and regularly handles high-stakes national and international disputes.

This is a non-partnership-track position with a reduced annual billable-hour expectation, flexible office options (San Diego, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., or remote depending on location), and a collegial team environment. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a full benefits package. Compensation is posted in the job materials.

• At least 3 years of product liability or equivalent litigation experience.
• Strong academic record and excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Outstanding references demonstrating litigation aptitude and teamwork.
• Ability to work in or support matters from U.S. offices listed (flexible/remote arrangements considered).
