Products Liability Associate Attorney — Litigation (Atlanta)

Growing products liability team in Atlanta seeks an associate to handle all phases of defense litigation for manufacturers, distributors and retailers. The role involves active courtroom and trial work, regional and national coordinating-counsel matters, and client-facing litigation support.

The team represents a broad range of industries including automotive, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, industrial equipment and consumer products. The group values strong research and writing, hands-on case management, and collaborative file ownership.

• 1–7 years post-qualification litigation experience, with preference for products liability background
• Admission to the Georgia Bar required
• Experience in case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials
