Market-leading project finance group is seeking junior associates (minimum 2+ years' experience) to join its renewable energy practice. The role focuses on lender-side project document diligence across wind, solar and battery storage financings.

Day-to-day work includes review and analysis of construction agreements, equipment supply contracts, offtake agreements and other project documentation, and supporting financings such as construction loans, term facility financings and back-leverage structures. Opportunities to work on complex, high-profile renewable transactions across multiple U.S. offices.

Candidates will be considered for offices in Los Angeles and New York and must be admitted to the bar of their preferred office.

Minimum 2 years' PQE in project finance, banking or related transactional practice
Experience with project document diligence — construction contracts, equipment supply agreements, offtake agreements preferred
Familiarity with renewable energy transactions (solar, wind, battery storage) and lender-side financings
Admission to the state bar of the preferred office (Los Angeles or New York)
