Apply in confidence →Join a growing Projects team advising on major commercial and infrastructure construction matters across Australia. This role sits at the intersection of construction, project delivery and regulatory compliance and offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work.
You will work with experienced construction and projects lawyers on matters spanning commercial and residential developments through to large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects, providing strategic advice on regulatory compliance, contract administration, risk management and dispute avoidance.
The role is well suited to a commercially minded lawyer who wants meaningful client contact, technical development and the chance to broaden experience across project lifecycle, litigation/arbitration and regulatory proceedings.
- Australian legal qualifications and 3–5 years' post-qualification experience
- Experience in civil litigation and/or public law, ideally with exposure to construction or infrastructure matters
- Strong drafting, analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team
