Join a Melbourne-based real estate team working across major commercial development, urban renewal and infrastructure matters. You will advise on acquisitions and disposals, leasing and lease negotiations, sale and leasebacks, joint ventures and mixed-use and hotel/resort projects, and handle real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

The role offers exposure to cross-office work and an experienced partner-led team in a collaborative, supportive culture. Hybrid working is supported (typical split c.60% office / 40% home) with flexible arrangements considered.

Experience in a law firm real estate team (or combination of private practice and in-house experience)
Practical experience with acquisition, development and sale of real estate assets across commercial, industrial, residential and hotel sectors
Ability to manage matters autonomously and as part of a team
Strong academic background and interest in business development activities (pitches, articles, events)
