Lawyer / Associate — Real Estate, Melbourne

A growing national real estate team is seeking a motivated Lawyer/Associate to join its Melbourne office. The role offers exposure to a range of commercial real estate matters across acquisition, disposal, leasing and development work for institutional and corporate clients.

You'll work on transactional matters alongside senior lawyers, contributing to drafting, negotiation and client advice while developing technical expertise and a client-facing practice. The team balances complex mandates with day-to-day real estate work, offering strong learning and progression opportunities.

• Qualified solicitor admitted in Australia (or eligible to be admitted).
• Experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions/disposals, leasing, development or financing work).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; commercial client advisory experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small-to-medium sized team and manage multiple matters to deadline.
