Apply in confidence →Join a leading international projects team in Singapore advising on complex energy and infrastructure transactions across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role focuses on cross‑border work in power and renewables, energy transition, low‑carbon fuels, battery minerals and other infrastructure sectors.
The team advises sponsors, lenders and investors on limited‑recourse project financings and related project documentation. You will draft and negotiate project and financing documents, support transaction strategy, and manage workstreams on time‑critical matters alongside a multidisciplinary, international team.
Middle‑to‑senior level candidates with strong technical drafting ability, commercial judgement and experience on project finance/infrastructure matters are encouraged to apply.
- 5–6 years' PQE (UK equivalent); qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or an equivalent common‑law jurisdiction.
- Prior experience drafting and negotiating project documentation for limited‑recourse financings (project documents, security and ancillary documents).
- Experience in power, renewables, utilities or infrastructure transactions; familiarity with standard construction/operation forms (eg, FIDIC) advantageous.
- Strong drafting, transaction management and commercial advisory skills; proven ability to manage workstreams on cross‑border, multi‑jurisdictional matters.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills and a strong academic background; additional Asian language skills (eg, Mandarin) beneficial.
