A leading global law firm is seeking a finance lawyer with 4–8 years' post-qualification experience to join its growing finance practice in Singapore.

The practice advises on a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and other structured finance matters across the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. The team acts for lenders, sponsors, developers, and government bodies on complex, high-value transactions, and is recognised for its technical strength, commercial approach, and practical problem-solving.

You will work closely with highly regarded partners and colleagues across the firm's international network, gaining hands-on transactional experience, early client exposure, and strong development support on matters with meaningful regional and global impact.

Qualified lawyer with 4–8 years' PQE in banking and finance, with a preference for project finance experience
Strong drafting skills and a keen interest in complex financing structures
Commercially minded with sound judgement and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality client service
Demonstrates curiosity around innovation and AI in legal practice
