Growing finance team in Singapore seeks an associate with 4–8 years’ post‑qualification experience to work on project finance and other energy, infrastructure and related financings. The role offers hands‑on transactional work on domestic and cross‑border financings, early client exposure and collaboration with an international network of finance lawyers.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation, supporting due diligence and coordinating multi‑jurisdictional workstreams. The team handles lender, sponsor and developer-side matters across project, acquisition and structured finance.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years’ PQE in banking & finance (project finance experience preferred)
Strong drafting and document negotiation skills on complex financing transactions
Commercial judgement, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a busy practice
Collaborative team player with interest in innovation and using legal technology/AI to improve efficiency
