Seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join a global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice on construction and project development matters. The role is open across the firm's Asia offices and will sit within the Project Development & Construction team advising on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will work on EPC/construction contracts, revenue contracts (including PPAs and hydrogen/oil & gas-related agreements), concessions and related commercial documentation, ideally within a project finance context. You will collaborate across jurisdictions on greenfield project work and support both transactional delivery and business development activity.

This is a hands-on role combining technical drafting and negotiation with client-facing advisory work, matter management and supervision of junior lawyers.

Qualified lawyer with 2.0–6.5 years PQE.
Solid experience on EPC/construction contracts, revenue contracts (PPAs, hydrogen/oil & gas sectors) and concessions, preferably in a project finance or project development context.
Preferably sponsor-side experience; lender, offtaker, government or contractor experience also relevant.
Strong drafting/negotiation skills, commercial judgment, and ability to manage matters and supervise junior team members.
Excellent communication, organisation, and business development instincts.
