Projects & Energy Finance Of Counsel — Energy

Seeking an Of Counsel to join a US-based projects and energy finance team focused on energy transition financing. The role is open across multiple US offices and involves lead drafting and execution on complex financing transactions in the renewable and transition space.

The successful candidate will work on tax equity and other renewable tax-credit monetization structures, project and corporate financings, and related M&A aspects. The position offers a hybrid working pattern with regular in‑office presence and opportunity to collaborate across national offices.

• JD and admission to practice in the US jurisdiction where candidate will be based
• Minimum ~9 years of post‑qualification experience in energy transition finance
• Proven experience with project finance, tax equity, and renewable energy tax‑credit monetization
• Strong drafting, analytical, organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively
