Apply in confidence →A market-leading U.S. Projects & Infrastructure team is seeking two mid‑level to senior associates (3–6 years' post‑qualification experience) to join its collaborative practice. The role focuses on tax equity, project finance and project development work across energy and infrastructure transactions.
Successful candidates will work on a mix of financings and development matters, including construction/EPC agreements and offtake arrangements, and will collaborate with lawyers across multiple U.S. offices. - 3–6 years' relevant law firm experience (post‑qualifying)
- Demonstrable experience in tax equity, project finance and/or project development (construction/EPC and offtake agreements)
- Strong academic credentials and sophisticated transactional experience
- Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage complex transactions
