Projects & Infrastructure Associate — Energy & Infrastructure

Market-leading US Projects & Infrastructure team is hiring two mid-level to senior associates for work across its US offices. The role focuses on project-related financings and transactional work in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Ideal candidates will have experience on tax equity and project finance transactions and/or transactional project development work, such as construction/EPC contracts and offtake agreements. The team is collaborative and supports cross-office matters; candidates may be based in several major US markets.

• 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in project finance, tax equity or related infrastructure transactions
• Demonstrable experience with project development documentation (construction/EPC, offtake agreements) and complex financings
• Strong academic credentials and prior law firm transactional experience
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices on cross-jurisdictional matters; admitted to practice in the U.S.
