Join a nationally recognized public and project finance practice as a Public Finance Associate based in Philadelphia. The role offers substantive experience on sophisticated tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, tax credit financings, and municipal restructurings across a range of issuer and investor clients.

You will work on deal teams that structure and document debt securities and related credit arrangements, draft principal transaction documents, conduct legal research on securities, tax and municipal law issues, and engage directly with clients, bankers, rating agencies and other market participants.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative practice with an emphasis on technical drafting, transactional execution, and clear career progression within a growing group focused on public and project finance.

J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
Current bar admission in the relevant state or eligibility for admission by reciprocity/waiver
Experience in public finance, transactional finance, or commercial real estate; public finance experience preferred but not required
Strong drafting, analytical, organizational and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
