Join a national public and project finance team in Philadelphia supporting sophisticated municipal, tax-credit and project financings. The role offers broad exposure to structuring and documenting tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, distressed municipal transactions and related transactional work.

You will work on deal teams serving as bond counsel, borrower’s/disclosure/underwriter’s counsel and other financing roles, preparing trust indentures, loan agreements, purchase and underwriting documents, disclosure materials, tax certificates and related documents. The position involves frequent client interaction and collaboration with financial advisors, banks, rating agencies and other market participants.

J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
Active license to practice in the relevant state or eligibility for admission by reciprocity/waiver
Transactional experience in public finance, finance, or commercial real estate; public finance experience preferred but not required
Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple matters under deadlines
