A leading law firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join its Debt Finance group in Philadelphia. This role focuses on representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth transactions.

The position involves working on term and revolving loan facilities and offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, collegial, and entrepreneurial practice where lawyers and professional staff work together across practice areas and geographies.

Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders
Experience with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents
Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
