Structured Transactions Mid/Senior Associate — Finance & Banking

Top-tier U.S. firm seeking midlevel to senior associates to join a national structured transactions group. Roles are open across multiple U.S. offices (including Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.), with opportunities to work on securitizations, asset-backed financings and related structured finance matters.

Successful candidates will work on complex transactional matters alongside established deal teams and will have exposure to RMBS/ABS/CLO and financing workstreams. The team values strong technical drafting, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage client-facing tasks.

• 3+ years of law firm transactional experience (corporate and/or finance transactions)
• Experience or coursework in structured finance and securitization preferred
• Exposure to RMBS, ABS, CLO or similar asset-backed financings highly desirable
• Active bar admission in the state of the office to which you apply
