Senior associate- or counsel-level role on a structured capital and fund finance team at a major national law firm. The position focuses on transactional work across fund finance, structured finance and esoteric asset-backed finance.

The team advises sponsors, issuers, investors and other market participants on transactions such as rated note feeders, collateralized fund obligations, NAV and liquidity solutions, private ABS and capital call and GP/management company financings. The role is cross-disciplinary and will require regular collaboration with colleagues in structured finance, asset management and insurance solutions.

The role is open to candidates based in New York or Chicago and is suitable for lawyers with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience; counsel-level candidates will also be considered.

Minimum 4+ years PQE in fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS experience
Transaction experience with products such as RNFs, CFOs, NAV/liquidity solutions, private ABS and capital-call/GP financings
Comfort working across structured finance, asset management and insurance-solutions teams on complex financings
Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; counsel-level candidates with equivalent experience welcome
