- Mid‑level to senior associate with transactional real estate experience
- Experience in one or more of: mortgage or mezzanine debt (lender or borrower side), joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, or development
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- Values mentorship and collaborative team working; transferable transactional experience also acceptable
