Mid- to senior-level associate role on a commercial real estate team in Dallas. The position offers transactional work across acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, purchase & sale and leasing for a busy real estate practice.

Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably from a large law firm. Experience with real estate finance and development is a plus but not required.

3–7 years commercial real estate experience (classes 2019–2023)
Experience with one or more of: acquisitions & dispositions, joint ventures, purchase & sale, and commercial leasing
Large law firm transactional background preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment; ability to manage matters with limited supervision
Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the relevant jurisdiction
