Growing US-based law firm seeking mid‑level to senior Real Estate associates to join its Dallas office. The team handles a broad transactional real estate practice and is expanding its bench to support increased client demand.

Ideal candidates will have experience on one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender or borrower side), joint‑venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, or real estate development. Professionals from transactional backgrounds outside real estate who can demonstrate transferable skills will also be considered.

Mid‑level to senior associate (real estate transactional experience preferred)
Experience in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions/dispositions, development
Strong drafting, negotiation and due diligence skills on transactional matters
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer; team and mentorship orientation
