A growing real estate team seeks an Associate to join its Public & Private Infrastructure & Real Estate practice. The role is open to candidates based in Houston, Dallas or Austin and supports transactional and land-use matters across the United States.

The position will handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, zoning and related due diligence for developers, investors, lenders and corporate occupiers. Work will include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing closings, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the relevant state bar (or eligibility).
Transactional real estate experience: acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, financing, and/or land use & zoning matters.
Strong drafting, negotiation and due-diligence skills; ability to manage multiple matters and client relationships.
Team-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.
