Seeking a junior real estate associate to join a national, collaborative real estate practice in Denver. The role offers direct client exposure, mentorship, and responsibility on sophisticated commercial real estate and real estate finance matters across a cross-office platform.

Ideal candidates will have transactional experience representing lenders and/or borrowers, familiarity with joint ventures and purchase-and-sale agreements, and an interest in hands-on training and early client responsibility. The Denver role is part of a broader national practice and is open to candidates relocating from other major U.S. markets.

Colorado pay range: $235,000–$260,000/yr (actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications).

J.D. from an accredited law school
2–3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience (real estate finance, joint ventures, purchase & sale)
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and client-service orientation
Admission to the Colorado Bar or ability to waive in
