Growing Denver real estate practice seeks a junior transactional associate with 2–3 years of substantive experience. The role offers significant responsibility, direct client exposure, and collaboration across a national platform.

Work will focus on real estate finance, joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements and general commercial real estate transactions; experience with land use and development is a plus. The team emphasizes mentorship, hands-on training and opportunities to work on sophisticated, high-value matters.

In accordance with Colorado law, the pay range for this role in Colorado is $235,000–$260,000 per year; actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.

J.D. from an accredited law school
2–3 years of real estate transactional experience, including real estate finance and related commercial transactions
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills; client-service orientation
Admission to the Colorado bar or ability to waive in
Experience with joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements; land use/development experience a plus
Excellent academic credentials
