Leading international law firm seeks a mid-level Real Estate associate to join its Denver office. The role focuses on advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, real estate financings, investments and diligence matters.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of private practice real estate transactional experience, strong drafting skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage matters and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals. 3–6 years of real estate transactional experience in a law firm environment
Experience with real estate finance, purchase & sale, and/or joint venture transactions preferred
Strong drafting, matter-management, and client-facing skills; supervisory experience of junior staff
Law degree from an ABA-accredited school and active U.S. bar membership
