A highly regarded real estate practice is seeking outstanding mid-level associates to join its team in Denver. The role is principally focused on advising clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions, real estate financings, real estate investments, and real estate diligence matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint venture transactions. Candidates should be comfortable managing matters and interacting directly with clients, and should be active supervisors of junior attorneys and paralegals.

Strong level-appropriate drafting skills, excellent credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality are required.

3–6 years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm
Experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint venture transactions preferred
Level-appropriate experience managing matters and direct client interaction
Strong level-appropriate drafting skills and excellent academic credentials
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to quality
Experience supervising junior attorneys and paralegals
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in a U.S. state bar
