Real Estate Associate — Denver

A growing real estate team in Denver is seeking mid‑ to senior‑level associates to join a national practice. The role involves handling a mix of transactional matters across lending, equity joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions and development projects.

Ideal candidates will have hands‑on experience on mortgage or mezzanine debt matters (lender or borrower side), joint‑venture equity work, and/or commercial acquisitions, dispositions or development. The team values mentorship, professional growth and a collaborative culture.

• Mid‑ to senior‑level associate with demonstrated real estate transactional experience
• Experience on one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions and dispositions, or development
• Strong drafting, negotiating and project management skills on complex transactions
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work on U.S. matters
