Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a junior Real Estate Associate to join its Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with 2-3 years of experience to work on sophisticated real estate transactions within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in real estate finance (representing lenders and/or borrowers), real estate joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and general commercial real estate transactions. Experience or understanding of land use and development is a plus. Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage transactions effectively under supervision. Excellent communication and client-service skills are required, along with a commitment to hands-on training and taking on early responsibility.
