Real Estate Associate — Mid-level

An established international law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate associate to join its active commercial real estate team. The group handles a high volume of transactions across the investment lifecycle, advising institutional equity investors and private real estate funds as well as on sophisticated lending matters.

Successful candidates will work on acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures across a range of asset types. The role offers exposure to complex, transaction-driven matters and opportunities for professional development within a national practice.

• Juris Doctor and admission to the relevant state bar
• Approximately 5–7 years' transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings and/or joint ventures)
• Demonstrated experience across multiple commercial real estate practice areas
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; superior academic credentials preferred
