Growing New York real estate team seeks an associate with 3–5 years' transactional experience to support a broad real estate practice. Work will include purchase and sale, joint venture and financing matters, with commercial leasing experience strongly preferred.

The role involves drafting transactional documents, conducting legal research, supporting and managing deals from inception through closing, and participating in client calls and negotiations. The position offers hybrid working with regular in-office presence.

3–5 years of U.S. law firm experience in real estate transactions (purchase/sale, JV, financing); commercial leasing experience preferred
J.D. and active admission to the New York bar
Experience at a large or mid-sized law firm with transferable transactional skills
Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and client-communication skills; attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
