We are seeking a real estate associate with substantive leasing and purchase-and-sale experience to join the Palo Alto office. The role offers high levels of responsibility, direct client contact, and collaboration with a small, mentoring-focused team.

Firm-provided training and ongoing mentoring are emphasized; successful candidates will be able to manage transactions from drafting through negotiation and closing while working closely with senior attorneys.

2–4 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm, including leasing and purchase/sale matters
Active California bar license
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; strong academic credentials
