The role focuses on transactional work across acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and real estate finance, with opportunities to work on matters for both borrowers and lenders.

The team offers a collaborative, mentorship-oriented environment and opportunities for professional growth within a well-established practice. Candidates will join a group handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

2–5 years transactional real estate experience
Active California bar license
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and/or real estate financings (borrower and lender-side)
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Common interest community or HOA experience is a plus
