Top-tier global law firm is seeking a transactional Real Estate associate for its New York office. The role focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development matters and real estate financings, with significant drafting and negotiation responsibilities.

The team handles complex, market-leading transactions for institutional and corporate clients. You will work on cross-disciplinary matters with senior lawyers and have exposure to high-value deals and sophisticated counterparties.

Compensation for the role is advertised in a range consistent with market senior associate levels.

4–7 years' post-qualification experience in transactional real estate at a major law firm
Practical experience on acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, developments and financings
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; able to handle deal documentation and project management
Admission to the New York Bar
