We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Associate to join a national real estate practice, with the role based in either Los Angeles or San Francisco. The position offers exposure to sophisticated commercial and residential transactions across multiple asset classes and the chance to work on cross-border matters with a collaborative team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling key aspects of complex purchases and sales (title and survey review, transaction management, coordination with counsel and escrow), drafting and negotiating documents for financing, leasing and development matters, and supporting closings. The role also involves contributing to business development and the team profile through writing, events and relationship-building.

Admission and in good standing with the California Bar.
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm real estate practice.
Experience or interest in commercial and residential transactions, leasing, conveyancing, finance and development.
Strong drafting, research, communication and project-management skills; attention to detail and ability to run transactions from start to finish.
Team player with strong academic credentials; domestic experience required, international/cross-border experience a plus.
