Real Estate Associate — Real Estate

Commercial real estate team seeks an associate to join a national practice that serves clients across multiple U.S. offices. The role will work on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and general real estate transactions for institutional and private clients.

Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-office teams on transactional matters, contribute to deal execution and client servicing, and handle drafting, due diligence and negotiations. This is an opportunity to develop a broad transactional practice within a well-established national platform.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. bar
• Experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or finance)
• Strong drafting, due diligence and negotiation skills; client-focused and team-oriented
• Ability to work across multiple offices and manage competing deadlines
